FAQ’s for Online Coaching

  • Online coaching allows you to receive fully personalized swim training programs and real-time feedback, no matter where you are in the world. You’ll receive three tailor-made swim sessions per week, written specifically for your goals, your swimming environment (pool, lake, or ocean), and your availability.

    After each swim, you can message me with feedback — up to four messages per week — so I can adjust your next session based on how your training is going.

  • There are two online membership options:

    Full Membership: Includes three tailor-made swim programs per week, up to four messages per week, and two 30-minute video calls per month for in-depth coaching.

    Lite Membership: Includes everything above except the video calls — ideal if you prefer written feedback or a slightly lower price.

  • This program is for swimmers of all levels — from beginners looking to build confidence to competitive triathletes training for open-water races. It’s also perfect for swimmers who’ve had in-person lessons with me in Mexico and want to continue progressing once they return home.

  • That’s no problem. I design programs for any environment — pools, lakes, rivers, or the ocean. The key is that your plan fits what’s available to you, safely and effectively.

  • After each swim, you can share your experience, times, or notes through our messaging system. I’ll review your feedback, identify adjustments, and adapt your next session to keep your progress smooth and steady. The video calls (if included in your membership) allow us to go even deeper into technique and mindset.

  • Online coaching is billed on a monthly basis. You can cancel or pause your membership at any time with one month’s notice.

  • Yes — swimmers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate insurance that covers training in their chosen environment, especially for open-water swimming.

  • Once you sign up, we’ll schedule an initial consultation to discuss your goals, swimming background, and environment. From there, your first week’s program will be delivered within three days.

  • Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade between the two memberships at any time, depending on how much support you’d like.
